1. General Provisions

bt21 is an online gaming and betting platform operated for users in Bangladesh. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between bt21 and its users.

These Terms apply to all services, games, bonuses, and promotional offers on bt21. These Terms, provided in Bengali, shall be considered the primary document.

2. Account Registration & Management

To open an account on bt21 and enjoy its services, the following conditions must be followed.

2.1 Age Requirement

To create an account on bt21, you must be 21 years of age or older. You may be asked to submit documents for age verification at any time. If an account belonging to a minor is found, it will be closed immediately and the associated balance may be forfeited.

2.2 One Account Policy

Each person may hold only one bt21 account. If multiple accounts belonging to the same person are found, all accounts will be closed and all bonuses and winnings may be forfeited. Multiple accounts operated from the same device, IP address, or payment method also fall under this policy.

2.3 Accuracy of Information

It is mandatory to provide accurate name, date of birth, phone number, and other details at the time of registration. Providing false information may result in account cancellation and suspension of all transactions.

2.4 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account login details completely confidential. Allowing any third party to use your account is prohibited. If you suspect any unauthorized access, notify our support team immediately.

3. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

bt21 supports local payment methods in Bangladesh to make deposits and withdrawals easy and fast.

3.1 Deposit Conditions

Deposited funds must come from your own payment account. Depositing through a third party is prohibited. bt21 reserves the right to investigate any suspicious deposit and return it if necessary.

3.2 Withdrawal Conditions

Any applicable wagering requirements (if any) must be met before a withdrawal request is processed. Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit, where possible. Additional documents may be requested for large withdrawals if identity verification has not been completed.

3.3 Currency

All transactions on bt21 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳).

4. Bonuses & Promotions

bt21 offers various types of bonuses and promotional offers. Each bonus has its own terms, which are listed on the main offer page.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a welcome bonus of up to 100% on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a bonus of ৳1,000, making the total balance ৳2,000. To make the bonus withdrawable, you must wager 10 times the bonus amount (on the bonus funds only). Example: for a ৳1,000 bonus, you must wager ৳10,000.

4.2 General Bonus Terms

• A bonus may only be usable on specific games or sections listed on the bonus page.
• While one bonus is active, another bonus generally cannot be activated at the same time.
• Bonuses have a limited validity period — each offer specifies its own expiry.
• bt21 reserves the right to withdraw or modify any bonus.
• If bonus terms are violated, the bonus and any associated winnings may be forfeited.

4.3 VIP Program

bt21's VIP program has five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Weekly cashback benefits increase at higher tiers — ranging from 0.2% at Bronze up to 1.2% at Diamond. The detailed terms of VIP tiers and benefits are subject to change.

5. Gaming Rules

All games on bt21 are conducted fairly and impartially. We are committed to ensuring fair play across all games.

5.1 Game Results

All game results are determined through a Random Number Generator (RNG) or a live dealer. No result is predetermined or manipulated. If a game result becomes void due to a technical error, bt21 reserves the right to refund the bet.

5.2 Sports Betting

Odds and markets in the sports betting section are subject to change. Betting opportunities may be available before and during a match. If a match is cancelled or a specific result is not reached, bt21 will follow its policy of voiding the bet and refunding the amount. bt21 reserves the right to suspend or reject any bet.

5.3 Technical Issues

bt21 is not responsible if any bet or game result is affected by an internet disconnection or device issue. However, the result stored on the server will be considered final.

6. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on bt21 and may result in account closure and forfeiture of funds:

• Any form of fraud, cheating, or illegal activity.
• Abusing the bonus system, such as using multiple accounts to claim the same bonus.
• Using stolen or unauthorized payment methods.
• Playing games using computer programs, bots, or automated software.
• Attempting to defeat the platform's security systems.
• Money laundering or other illegal financial activities.
• Falsely identifying yourself as a bt21 employee or representative.

7. Dispute Resolution

bt21 is committed to resolving any disputes with users in a friendly manner.

7.1 Complaint Submission Process

If you have a complaint, please contact us first via live chat or email. Submit a detailed description of the complaint, relevant dates and times, and any necessary screenshots. Our support team will investigate the matter and provide a resolution as quickly as possible.

7.2 Final Decision

bt21's decision, based on game results and technical logs, will be considered final. Server logs and database records are the authoritative source.

8. Limitation of Liability

bt21 is not liable for the following:

• Losses caused by the user's internet connection or device issues.
• Delays or failures caused by third-party payment providers or banks.
• Losses resulting from the user keeping their account information insecurely.
• Unexpected technical issues or errors by third-party game providers.
• Services being suspended or restricted due to legal regulations or government directives.

bt21 is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or special damages beyond direct losses. In any circumstance, bt21's maximum liability will be equal to the user's active balance.

9. Privacy & Data Protection

bt21 gives the highest priority to protecting users' personal information. SSL encryption and other security measures are in place on the platform.

9.1 Data Collection & Use
